Unofficial Tex Murphy

This is excellent! I came across these boards a while ago and was delighted to see the Tex community going strong. I've been waiting years to play a new Tex adventure so reading the info Aaron Connors just posted really made my day - I hope it all works out! I've been a fan of Tex since playing UAKM for the first time and I thought I'd do a quick profile of the Tex games I've played on GGE.

They're only quite small profiles so if anyone has the time and wants to add any info, pics or video, contributing only takes a few minutes. The GGE is an interesting way to get Tex out to a wider audience. I haven't played Mean Streets or MM so those games need to be added if anybody’s interested

I'm impressed with this site, it reminds me of the Wing Commander fansite http://www.wcnews.com - where the fans just wont let their beloved game series die, just like here . In fact wcnews is probably the main reason why Wing Commander is making a comeback this year in the form of WC: Arena, and a full-blown sequal is sure to follow....

But seriously, if the likes of AC is posting then things are definitely looking up......hmmm, is that too much optimism?

That said, this place is nice and friendly so I think I'll stick around - though I'll probably be in lurker mode most of the time....Tis my way.
