Film Noir Photos

Hey! I am aware that this is my 2nd posting today but this one is completely unrelated to the last post. I just thought I would share a couple of my shots from my latest photo shoot for the college. Yeah despite the fact that I graduated I went back for another class.

Anyway the photos are not 100% my idea but I based them on other film noir portraiture I had found on the internet and tried to replicate it. I was going to turn them black and white after I shot them but I actually like the colour better. Let me know what you think:

No, no, Stu. Only one posting a day allowed from you. Everyone else posts 4 or 5 times a day, but you are limited. I won't even look at those pictures.

Of course, the reason I won't look at those pictures is because the links are down.

EDIT: I see them now. Look great!

They're fantastic looking!
The 1st and the 4th one are my favorites.
Nothing wrong in "homage" until you find your own voice. Besides I really like the color palette you chose for the shots. And the lighting in shots one and two....awesome!

Here's hoping "The Powers that be" get a chance to see them. I think they'll be impressed.
I really loved those pics. Great job, Stu.

Um, I feel a bit embarassed about this, but I need to make a slight confession. Go to my new thread for details.

Nicely shot.
I am glad everyone likes the pictures. I am actually sitting in class right now just waiting for my prof's input on them. Keep the fingers crossed that he likes em.

Oh I forgot to mention that if you cannot see the images, I am only allowed 4meg of bandwidth per hour to view so just come back later if you can't see them. It will eventually be visible.
Good stuff Stu
