Not Another Overseer DVD Problem......

Hey all,
Me again! (Yeah I know I only pop up every now and then when I need help
) ... But I have been reading the forums and when AC popped the little nugget of info it rekindled my tex fire too.
I have been through UAKM with no hiches at all in dosbox, with the frontend d.o.g.
I then went through PD no probems again!! I felt life couldn't get any texier
Then...
The game I have always had least problems with...
REFUSES TO PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went through the normal processes, compatability etc, dvd express, 1.04 patch.
It shows the logo movie fine, then the menu i can go through all options fine, when i goto new game, the intro plays fine untill the first bit of interaction (when chelsea says 'sit up for a minute in the camera' and you can choose your first reaction) when it comes up with the error reporting dialog box. I am absolutely tearing my hair out please help!!!!!
