Happy Halloween! Feel free to come see me at my guard post; and definitely feel free to offer me candy. But please don't T.P. the guard shack, for it is not mine, and guess who will have to clean it up?

Seriously though. Have a safe and Happy Halloween!

Heheheh... I spent this year's Halloween chaperoneing a group of crazy trick or treaters, including my gf's little sister. Even though the tradition is not really big here she got an abundance of candy, which her folks demanded she give most of it away... you know typical folks "Yes you can go trick-or-treating" ...and then they say "No you can't eat any candy". I helped her keep her stash though, for the price of some sherbert fizzers and some candy coke bottles.

I think I got the most interesting bunch of candy this year from an obviously mad christian family... it was a small bag of candy and inside was a fake $1,000,000 bill, which had written on it something along the lines of: "The 1 million dollar question... are you okay in god's eyes? If you have ever committed a sin such as looking at another person in lust, lying or stealing, god sees you as a lying, cheating, stealing, blasphemous scum of the earth... repent to be accepted into gods kingdom, or you will be destined for enternity in hell." I was totally shocked, and threw it away before she got a chance to read it. I am not a terribly religoues person, but also don't mind people who are religeous... but trying to scare chilren with religous propaganda is just not on.

Other than that, the rest of the candy was very nice!

Have a happy Halloween everybody. I scared the crap out of some kids (and by kids I mean age 12+) by dressing up and jumping around a corner as they were coming to trick-or-treat us :)

I figure, if I can scare them away it's my win. If not, well, meh, some candy may have to leave the house.

Also, Cub, you're teh L337
