trojans are loose again

Bloody heck it that time of the year again!
Just got a trojan atack from one of my msn contacs.
so if anyone here got a masage from me with a link it wasnt me even thought my anty virus and spyware tell me they blocked it it still got into msn mesenger and started sending mesenget to contacts. even i can see that opening contacts and closing them same time isnt ok
