Help in anasazi ruins

I have a problem in the corridor, when I use the ladder in the bridge. I can see the video, but then the program is closed and I am returned to windows.
If somebody can help me I´d greatly appreciated it. If not a solution to the problem, a Saved Game just after the use of the ladder would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
