How many others of you out there have your email program set to play the "You have a fax" soundbit from UAKM when you get new email? I'm not the only one right...?

Sorry...just something random I think of when I have to drag my butt out of bed for work at 3:30AM...

I admit it! I used to lost the sound files thought sadly LOL

Way back when, I had AOL, and yes, every time I got an email, it would say "You have a fax.." Good times...

No I don't have that, probably mainly because I don't have AOL, my email doesn't make sounds when I download my new messages...

But since rediscovering Tex, I have made several different Ringtone files...

I haven't used AOL in years; I use Mozilla Thunderbird, and that program allows you to choose a sound file to play upon downloading new messages.

I use Firefox now that they made me get rid of Netscape... Suckers... I've used Netscape for over 15 years and now they are just gonna up and take it away...

In fact tomorrow starts the end of Technical Support for Netscape...


Mail I use Outlook...

Actually, I used to have Tex's "Oh boy, mail!" line for my new mail sound.

EDIT: Scratch that -- I now, once again, have that sound as my new mail notification.

I have my cell phone tones set such that 'You have a fax' plays whenever someone leaves a message, and the creepy Crusty laughter sound from UKM plays whenever I get an sms - gets my heart pumping every time, specially late at night

Those can't be all that's out there??? Those are only for UAKM...

Are all of these files are retrievable from the CDs or at least most of them???

Hmm...I may need to setup my phone to play the fax message for when receiving a text message as well. I'm getting sort of tired of everyone using the "windchime" tone these days... Does anyone know of a cheap/easy way to make that a cell phone ringtone? I've got a Razor with Verizon.

As long as the file is in MP3 format and under a certain length, once installed onto the phone it should be automatically considered by the phone as a Ringtone compatible file...

I would love to have the Rusty Clown laughter as my ring tone...I pee my pants with laughter everytime someone called me..lol
