Good catch Gary! No, she's 5 yrs old. Not a puppy. She was a rescue dog. Some %(&$ people had her and was trying to breed her in a puppy mill operation. Alas, she never caught pregnant, so they didn't want her and abandoned her at a vet.
But....she is such a sweetheart. Wants to please, very well mannered, and excellent going for rides (our other dog is a yelping, pacing nightmare in the car). A true companion dog. I'm told she fusses when I leave. Her favorite spot? sharing space with the computer in my lap.

Are these photographs taken from an extortion note to prove they have the victim ("... if you want to see your loved one again send a box of chocolate syrup to the dumpster behind Rook's Pawn Shop" kinda thing)?
