I've never actually tried to insert a picture into one of my posts and I thought I would give it a try with a picture of me and my daughter so you guys can know a little more about me and my biggest love of my life.




I hope I did this right.

What is the Web Address for the Picture???

The picture has to exist on the web first.

Here's the url to an image on my site:
http://bambam.info/images/meancropped.jpg

The file path on your computer is not a URL.

Then I put that in tags like this:


So then it looks like this:


If you don't have a place to put it, email the picture to me as an attachment and I'll upload it to my site for you.
Or you can ger a Flickr.com account.

Hey, do you have that picture with the rest of the Girl's head in the picture??? That would be a good Picture to use somewhere on the PinBall Machine I'm hoping to have built...

Kewl deal... I'll have to cut it up a bit, I don't want all that stuff about Real Sounds and MS Dos and stuff... Probably cut it right below her chest and take it over almost to the D in the Detective Word... That would look good as one of the Pictures on the Side of the Machine...

Probably go with 3 pictures down the sides, trying to get a bunch together so I can select the best 3... Then I'll need a picture to go on the front and another to go up on the back panel and I'll probably put a bunch of littler pictures throughout the inside of the game itself...

I talked to some people and it will cost around 15 grand to have it made, because it will be one of a kind... So it's going to be a slow project, but I should be able to get it done...

You can use for instance http://www.imageshack.us to upload images and then either paste the link here or put it in an image tag

I have images posted on my myspace page and I thought by using the url to that page would work...but I guess I'm stupid....easiest way to describe that I don't know what I am doing. lol

When you are looking at your Myspace Picture, Right Click on the Picture, there should be an option that says "View Image"... Click on that... That should take you to a page entirely blank Except for your Picture... Now come in here to post a message, click on the IMG button below and then paste the URL from the Blank page containing only your picture in the IMG field... Then try posting your message...

Below should be a Picture of my cabin in Montana... Now if you right click on this picture and then select View Image, the URL should have Myspace written in it somewhere...

It may not be working because when I look at you myspace page and click on your pics page, I am asked to log in. No log in, no pics. So that's probably
why they won't work.

Then again, I do not have a Myspace, so I don't know how it's supposed to work. But I assume that private galleries are meant to remain private.

I believe my wife has our Myspace marked Private, is the Picture of my Cabin visible to everyone else??? I know I can see it, but if what Jane says is true it may not be showing for everyone else... Let me know please...

Thank You... My wife keeps saying that I owe her a getaway house now... She still hasn't said where she wants it though, so far I'm still off the hook... lol


That was taken in Feb... I love the Mountain weather... It may be cold, but it is a different type of cold than what we get here in the Mason Dixon areas... It doesn't Chill you to the bone and make you want to stay inside... It wakes you up inside making you want to go skiing or snowmobiling or something...
