Bogart (the Game)

Now there's a game I would've liked to play. Noir is great (and available on the Internet as abandonware).

I never even heard of this game before. But upon looking at the dates of the articles, and such, I'm guessing the project has long since been scrapped. It's just a guess, however, but I just don't see this thing still being in production for eight years ...

Anybody know anything about this?
