Michael York spotting

by Jim the old guy
So, I'm sitting here at home nursing a bad cold and decide to graze (the TV, not a meadow) and lo and behold! I see Law & Order: Criminal Intent from 2002 starring none other than Michael York! He plays a deranged killer who preys on tourists with three beautiful bevvies in tow. Man! That guy can act!
Anyway, I thought it would be fun to start a thred dedicated to spotting actors from the Tex games. We could make it a more general heading and just stop by when we see one of our blessed immortals who played critical roles in UAKM, PD and/or Overseer.

I think that's a good idea, but might I suggest a rule:
It should be a recent sighting, even if it's a recent sighting of an old movie or TV show. The reason I say this is because it would be too easy to go over to IMDB and then just list all the movies and TV shows that any of the actors ever appeared in. I think that would take some of the fun and spontanaity out of the thread.

No joke, Cub! His voice was the only recognizable thing about him! I hope that was some serious make-up, because otherwise...let's just say I hope he escapes this dreadful 2008! Because, you know, it's no year for old men.

Hmm. I don't remember for sure if I noticed Barry Corbin in No Country for Old Men. I hope I did. I love that guy. Guess I'll have to go see NCFOM again, just to make sure.

Spotted him right away even though he was in the dark quite a bit. I wasn't as surprised as many of you seem to have been because I had seen him not too long ago in the Dukes of Hazzard movie. Judging from recent pictures though he looks in good spirit and health. They probably exaggerated his age in NCFOM.
