...It's snowing. And from the time I looked out the window and saw a couple of beautiful fluttering snowflakes suspended in midair and thought, hey, I should notify all my online friends that snow has come to Porsgrunn... Well... I looked out the window again after starting this post, and changed the name of the thread from 'Awww', as it's started to snow awfully heavy. I expect that within the next twelve hours, the people still driving with summer tires will get what's coming to them.

Oh well. Time to stay indoors, I guess.

I Love The Snow... Gives me a reason to break out my Snowmobile... I also like the Winter because the Barometric Pressure is lower which is a great help to my Neck and Back problems that I have... The higher the Pressure the more pain I tend to get... But get me where the Pressure is lower and I'm good to go...

You still have Summer Tired vs Winter Tires over there??? You should really consider Radials for all season use... No need to do that changing of the tires and whatnot...

At least you get snow man! The only time I've seen snow is when I've had to travel a few hours out of town to the Blue Mountains. I would love to one day wake up at home, look out the window and see snow... more so, I want a white Christmas! But when again most people who get a white Christmas yearn for a summer Christmas... it looks like a day at the beach for me and the family again.

It snowed here pretty good yesterday in the UK for some areas. Snow falling is beautiful and seeing everything covered in white. Most of it has melted today though. Its a bit early though, I want it to snow for Christmas, but that doesn't happen that often really you have to get lucky. But I like how we get varied weather in the UK (even if its mostly cloudy ).

Cub, it's still friggin' OCTOBER. I want it to at least get into the latter half of september before I'm comfortable with a white carpet of crap covering everything up for the next 7 to 8 months

Also, did you know the woman who played Vampyra (who also had a role as the Vampire Woman in Plan 9 From Outer Space, by the way) died in 2008? It's true.

Anyway. Snow is three weeks early.

Sigh...I want snow....I want snow now! I want it to snow like mad today to the point ALL classes are canceled tomorrow! Then I can sleep in, and when I wake up...I'll look around terrified because I won't know what to do with myself and a day off....

We got our first mini-storm as well. I'd be much happier if we actually had a summer this year, but oh well. Still, me likie some snow.

Tell that to our ingenious government who has passed a law to force us to put winter tires on our cars. Instead of the majority of people having decent 4-season tires, we get people with cheap summer tires and cheap winter tires. Makes sense to me!

It's like the goddamn red light cameras they've just started installing. Now instead of running red lights people jump on the brakes when it turns yellow. And there I thought the yellow light's purpose was to signal the imminent red light and avoid jumping on brakes. Should we install a blue light between the green and the yellow?

I wish there was a national "beat up idiots in power" day.

Wow, it's a Law that you can't have Radials... That's not kewl... You should move to this side of the border Frank...

Honestly, every new stupid law that gets passed I think about heading slightly south or southwest, like Chicago or Boston. Then I convince myself it's not necessarily greener on the other side and stick around.

It's getting so silly these days though, I don't know how long it'll be before I do like one of my cousins, contact a lawyer, get a green card and start the whole moving process. Only time will tell I guess.

Oh I won't lie to you Frank... It's not Greener over here... It's more of a Reddish Brown and depending on where you're at, it can get a little hard to breathe normally...

See that's why we call them "Green" Cards, to make people "Think" it's Greener here...
