So we bought our first house.

We have the inspection tomorrow.

I ll post some pics as soon as my wife hosts them on photobucket.

Buying your first house is scary and exciting at the same time.

The mortgage rates right now are crazy, we figured now was the time.
How can you go wrong with a fixed rate of 4.29%.

Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow and its ours.

It is indeed.

The furniture is all the other owners stuff cause we haven't moved in yet.

I can probably post more when we move in.

I still haven't posted our pro wedding pics.

I don't think i can on here anyway.... there are over 1000 pics and they are each about 1 meg and a half.

Not going to resize that many pics.

I agree with Cub, very nice house... I have the same color cabinets in my kitchen if you can believe that, funny... I even have the same vanity in one of my bathrooms, the top is a bit different, it's got a swirl type design to it, but the faucet looks quite similar as well... Must have been some very popular stuff back in the day...


Good Luck with it, you've got a beauty there for a first house, even a second or third house at that...
Do you think you'll stick a second floor on it??? I don't know what kind of zoning and building laws there are up in Canada, but if it were in my area, you've got a lot of room for expanding if you wanted to do so...

Either way, whether you expand or not, it's a nice house, enjoy it...
