I may be wrong but this may be similar to the Sierra Collections (e.g. Space Quest Collection ) which used DosBox to make them compatible for XP/Vista. They didn't run flawlessy on Vista but good enough and people who had also bought the collections made some patches/support for them I think. Someone here may be able to configure DosBox to do something similar.

I haven't seen those before. Looking at the seller's feedback, it appears he's sold at least a handful of this software before, and it appears to have gotten good feedback. Maybe some others here have some experience with it. I have to admit, its intriguing.

I didn't read the complete listing, but it sounds like someone has Tweaked Dosbox to auto configure itself to the game being played... I'm no software expert so I wouldn't even begin to imagine how it's done... But with most things in software, I'm sure just about anything is possible...
And as Jcarnby said, his feedback speaks for itself, so apparently it works decently well... With most things when trying to run old things on these modern computers, I'm sure there are flaws to be found, but as Sai said they are probably small enough to overlook...
I bought that Sierra collection when they released them... I love all those games and I'm on XP, so I haven't had a problem with a single one of them... I've played all of them all the way through, except for the Space Quest, I've only played a couple of those...
