Source code releasing

Would it be possible to release tex's games source code, and docs like it was done for wolfenstein or quake for example?
That way some people could rewrite a win32 engine for the games and improve them a little and let everyone play them under windows xp.
yea, that would be cool.
but someone in contact with aaron would have to ask him if:
1) it's legally doable? (martian meorandum was published with U.S. Gold Ltd. now eidos, and microsoft has still pages about oversser and the pandora directive on their site.)
2) if he is willing to do it

I've got my 3 Tex Games on 2 DVDs...Andy wrote:At this point, how many games could we fit onto a DVD? If, between UAKM and TMO there were 14 CD's (4, 6, 4) that'd be 650x14 so about 2 DVD's, yes?
One is the Overseer DVD game, with a new WinXP compatible setup routine and the necessary MPEG2 codecs.
The other contains the Windows Versions of Pandora and UAKM.
Both in german.
(If you use double layer, you can get all 3 (or all 5, if you want) on one DVD - however, only in one language (except you are only interessted in subtitles).)
Here are some screenshots:

or in full screen mode.

If only all that was in English rather than German - then it would all be perfect for all of us here at the forum. I know I live close to Germany so I ought to be able to understand German, but I must say I would rather have it all in English - that is after all my first language after Danish
But it looks great

Wait - is the audio in German as well? Or just subtitles? I read some German, but have a harder time with spoken German in real time. I might could use such a blessed arrangement!
Edited to add:
I just noticed there's a "language selection" dialogue. Can this program install Overseer (or the others) in English?
