Trekkie Fans

If there are any true Star Trek fans here, you already own the Original Series and The Cage pilot episode in three different versions. For the uninitiated however, who may have liked the new Movie, but wondered how the new timeline compared to the old one, the Original Series has been, as far as I can tell "Completely" put online in a streaming format to be watched by CBS. There have been two places other than cbs that I have been getting the episodes (simply because some seem to not have certain episodes), Youtube and IMDB has links to all the episodes, and is your best bet, because I think they actually have EVERY episode from the original series linked. Classic stuff, and I know I told myself I'd never watch them because they were too old, but the color makes a difference. They are all beautifully remastered from the originals from what I hear.

If you're even remotely interested in Star Trek, check it out. DeForest Kelley has become one of my all time favorite actors because of this show, and is by far my favorite character on the show, as Doctor McCoy. His interactions between Spock and him are just gold. Hence the signature :-)

That was my absolute favorite line I've heard yet. I had to pause it, I was laughing so hard. Spock is such a logic based being, but you keep wondering if McCoy will ever be able to drag the human out of him.

Ehh, I typed more than I should. Jus wanted to share with y'all my latest obsession.

I watch them at FanCast heres:

They have all(?) 78 of the original series episodes from 1966 to 1969.

They have, literally, hundreds of other TV shows and full length movies available for streaming. They even have The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr (for you Bruce Campbell fans.)
My favorite line was from the 5th movie Final Frontier when they are sitting around the fire talking back and forth and McCoy says "God, I Liked Him Better Before He Died."... I bust out laughing every time I see that segment...

WOW! Thanks for linking this site Doc! The more free TV I find, the happier I am.

For the sake of thoroughness on the episodes (I'm the type that doesn't want to miss one.), here is the link to the IMDB site. They list them in order from season one to three, all of them are there.

Yeah, IMDB is a very resourceful site for looking up Movies and Shows and Actors... There is a 99.9% chance that if you can't find it on there, then you are mistaken and whatever you are looking for was never filmed...

That site has every TV appearance on shows like The Tonight Show or every walk on appearance of Good Morning America, or whatever...

And they keep it well updated as well...

Star Trek was the first Sci-Fi to explore the thought of having Relationships with Alien being... In most movies or shows the Aliens were always trying to take us over or destroy us, but Star Trek took it to a new level... Sure there were battles and bad blood, but not much different than there are here on Earth...

I imagine if there are any Alien Civilizations out there capable of coming here, they could most likely destroy us from space where we have pretty much no offense or defense capabilities and they could probably destroy us before we even realize what is happening...

But I guess a Movie that has Earth/Humans losing in the end wouldn't sell very well...

Hey guys, just letting you know ... I'm almost to the halfway point in the Star Trek episodes online, and I ran across some cool stuff at a flea market (although the since they're in dvd version, I can't say they're rare ... )

Just messing around on IMDB I found they had a cartoon series of Star Trek that kind of picks up where the series leaves off. Well I found the box set for 20 bucks. Used, but not in bad shape, plus I got the uber cool dvd packaging out of the deal. The cartoon kinda sucks, and I think it's not even supposed to be considered cannon, but it was still something I could not pass up. I started to watch the first episode, and it looks like the main three guys do their voices ... bones, kirk, and spock. I also seen a freakin alien in the navigator chair, which was weird. Have only seen Chekov and Sulu up front, and various other ensigns, and as far as I knew, spock was the only one with alien blood on the ship.

Fascinating ...

Well I have a few episodes left in season three ... maybe an answer will present itself. And I think that's what I'm gonna do now ...

Yep, Trekkie fan here too :)

Seen all of TNG and VOY. Currently watching DS9 on DVD and i'm up to Season 6, the best one so far. I watched "In the pale moonlight" the other night...WOW.

Love it. I was always a bit apprehensive with DS9 in the beginning, but i'm glad I stayed on board.
