What Goes Around Comes Around... Or so they say...

We had a lady get killed here a couple years back over a freakin' sandwich... And they weren't homeless people so it's not like the sandwich was a life or death situation for either of them...

At least justice will finally be served, hopefully... Sometimes these things never get justice...

yeah the other day I read that someone killed someone over a piece of chicken,
crazy. In some countries the kids walk around with knives & that's how they solve the differences of opinion.

Most of them here walk around with Guns... We've got Metal Detectors in our Schools... How sad is that???

That's really f**ked up man... my home town as well. These days you never know what someone is packing when you head up into a confrontation. Most of the time its best to run to safety if you can, but that does not always work. I know a frind who's son is being stalked by gang members ever since he got bashed by some of them, just to make sure he does not tell anybody. He's had property vandalised and is constantly harassed. My point is, sometimes you can just get away with getting the crap beaten out of you... they still come after you again, unless of course you end up dead, and then it takes frikken 14 years for justice to be served.

I hope the guy has enjoyed the last 14yrs, probably thought he had got away with it.
If he had been caught yrs ago he would have been charged as a minor but now he gets adult time for adult crime.

Is that the way it works there???
Because Lawyers here would be able to fight the fact that it happen when the defendant was a minor and should be treated as such... Though some crimes even when committed by minors get trailed as adults... So it could go either way, usually ends up as the Judge's decision after they review reports from Child Services and Shrinks and any prior records the child may have had...

In your original post you said something about there being Two assailants, so are they going to get him to roll over on the other guy that was involved???

Bad news every body. I found out the other day that some stupid kid tried to go Columbine at my old high school with a crossbow. Kid's been arrested.

I have no idea why the fork a kid would do that- my school was bad.. but not bad enough to warrant that kind of thing lol.

My school was pretty bad, for 15 years ago anyway... We had knifings mostly... Everyone once in awhile you would hear a rumor of certain people carrying a gun... And of course the drugs were all over the place... We had one teacher who actually dealt drugs to the kids...

But the more honorable kids fought it out hand to hand, one on one... Of course as everyone knew the fight was winding down they would all jump in and try to start some sort of brawl, but most of the time those didn't last...

yes they was some talk about his name could not be released as he commited the offence as a minor. They are asking people to come forward with info before they are charged with witholding evidence. They have evidence of people who haven't come forward.I think that's the only way they will find the other one.

years ago they charged some kid but let him go ans there was a royal commission on whey he got let off, seems that the kid was over heard telling people he did it & but he was just trying to big note himself in front of his mates.

I am sure they will try to do a deal to roll over on the other kid. By now the other kid has probably taken off.

they have charged the other person, a 58yr man. How disgusting this is not a teenager he was 44yrs old 14 years ago.

What was a 44yr old doing hanging around with a 17yr any way

they didn't mention his name either & he wasn't a minor.

They haven't mentioned his name, is it possible he is the boy's father??? Only reason I can see on why he would be hanging around with him... Other than the unmentionable reasons...

yes someone said to me last night maybe he was his father & I thought , well the media would got a hold of that. they only mentioned the 31yr was arrested at work & the adult man lived at concord (the other side of sydney australia.)

the hearing was set down for a couple days ago for the 31yr charged with murder but I haven't heard anything as yet.

the adult man is being charged with being in company of a crime & with holding evidence

How did they catch them again after all this time? DNA evidence or a confession? Its good that they've caught them both and I hope that justice is served.
