Also apparently he hated the XFiles game.. to be honest though I thought it kicked ass, the only bad parts were at the ending because it was just boring, fanservice crap- but the rest of the game was epic.

There are some people that I've met who base their whole Movie/Game or whatever experience on the End... If it ends well then they loved the game/movie, if the ending sucks then they didn't like it...

I'll tell you if I thought that way, I wouldn't like any of the Tex Games... Why because I didn't like the Endings... What didn't I like about the Endings, just that, they Ended...

Serious though, if a movie was great, but had one of those stupid endings, a friend of mine won't like that movie... No matter how excited he was watching it, no matter how much he laughed, if the ending sucked I can bet you that he'll never watch it again...


I'm on the 3rd hour of Puzzle of Flesh... He doesn't seem to like this game too much and he gets stuck very easily...
The only reason I'm watching so much of it is because I miss the game and haven't been able to get it to work myself...
I enjoyed both Phantasmagoria games... The first one much more than the 2nd, but the 2nd was still a decent game... It crossed a few thresholds for back in its time... The ending was a bit out there, but the game itself I enjoyed...

Same as me, and the game actually looks pretty good going by FMV standards. His commentary makes it hilarious though.

Actually the reason why I think he hates a lot of these games is because he already admitted to being console biased- so that could explain a lot. The exception is of course the MegaCD, but I think everyone can agree that it was the most stupidest idea Sega ever had for a console. (the only exception is that Snatcher and SonicCD are on that console.. but they were later ported to PC.. so yeah fork YOU MEGACD! )

Fact is, you don't give adventure games to someone that stereotypically plays shooters. He's really not the best guy to be reviewing them.. but he's forking hilarious and good viewing.. same as That Guy with the Glasses and Angry Video Game Nerd.. and of course Yahtzee.

They've all got different opinions on everything due to their standing in the gaming world. I find myself very similar to Yahtzee.. only I consider myself WAAAAAY harsher than he is- a lot of the time in his reviews I usually say "he was too soft"- specifically with Fallout 3.. he criticized Fable 2 for the same $#it that he liked about Fallout 3... WTF?!..

Web Critics... Meh.. these guys don't get paid much anyway.. so yeah make your own mind up.

Oh I agree he's quite funny... He cut out the scene at the end of the First day with Puzzle of Flesh... I wonder why???
But that's okay, if you want to see that girl naked all you have to do is turn on ShoTime after Midnight, chances are you'll find a movie she's in there... Her list of Soft Porn is quite extensive...
He has a huge smile on his face as he stuffs down popcorn, that was hilarious...

Yeah handing a Shooter an Adventure game, you're only asking for a bad review... I don't mind a shooter once in awhile, but I'll take a puzzling Adventure over those any day...
