Awesome! I smell the resolving of clues left behind from 3CTM!
Randomness - I've got a cousin named Jack who's birthday is 31st of october. Which is completely by happenstance as Halloween (or it's connection with Jack o'lanterns) wasn't popularized in Norway until the mid-to-late 90's.
But I digress - This game looks to build upon the same gameplay that we got in 3CTM, at least by deduction from the name and motifs shown.

I don't know how they do it, but everything they release looks interesting. I am very happy they are continuing the series, they're so full of mistery! I'm really looking forward to this, I will replay 3CTM to get every detail of it, as it may have something in common with the sequel.

Uhhh, Cub, have you been drinking again? And most importantly, where's mine?
The shots do look good though, I wonder if the system specs for this game will be higher than 3 Cards.

All of it looks great... I haven't been able to stay on the computer for long periods of time, so I've been unable to do any searching on things like this, so I'm going to ask, please forgive me if this answer can be easily found...
Is there a projected Release date yet???
