is there a way to attach a photo on the board, jpeg file

Do you mean Upload it??? I've always had to link to it from like Facebook or Myspace or Snapfish or some site like that...

It would be a nicer feature to be able to just Upload pictures into a post... Not sure if it is Possible, would have to ask James about that...

You need to host the image somewhere first... here are some free options for doing this:

http://www.imageshack.us

Once it is there, they will supply you with a web address to where the photo is stored.

Most image hosting sites will give you the full code structure to paste into the post body, which includes a clickable thumbnail which will link you to the full size version offsite. Alternatively, if your image is within the forum limitations (no more than 600 pixels wide) simply put that link here using the 'IMG' tag generator (button down the bottom, which generates tags to go before and after the link), and the image will appear in the post body, like so:
