Your favourite cutscene(s) in Overseer?

Currently re-playing this gem. Needless to say, it's one of the best games ever created. I wish someone would just get to the point and get Chris and the guys to whip a sequel.

Well, anyway, what are your favourite cutscenes in the game? As for my own, I was (once again) struck by how powerful the scenes with Sonny are. Both Chris Jones and Henry Darrow show off some excellent acting in those scenes, and they're probably also among the sequences with the best scripting. The death scene has the potential for being a bit oversentimental, but everything just works marvellously and is totally unforgettable.
Scene with Sonny's death is definatelly the best one

Fight with Big Jim Slade is the best scene. And shootout at Robert Knott cabin.

The two scenes already mentioned are some of the best for me. Others would have to be Tex meeting J. Saint Gideon, as well as the closing chess match, and Gideon's suicide. The music for that scene really makes it memorable.

The scene with the best acting was the J. Saint Gideon meeting with Tex (first one), in my humble opinion.

Fight scenes with BJS and the BAK were definitely to drawer.

Soony dying was nothing short of incredible as far as adventure games go.

Also, Tex and Chelsee at the end of Mission Street when he's at her apartment. Good stuff.
"If you look to me for illumination, you better have a flashlight!"
Too many to really pick one out. However, I will say I found Darrow's scenes especially enjoyable. When Tex pushes him a bit too hard and he turns on him and screams, you really get a sense of the pain he's carrying around.
Yes, that was probably one of my favourite moments as well. The young and inexperienced seemed to learn a lot from that...
Gonna have to throw in with what's been said.

The scenes with Sonny and Tex and the meeting scene with Gideon.

Also, i just really like the transition when the cabin blows up and it cuts to the flambe in the restaurant. ^^
My favorite scene in Overseer is definitly the aforementioned death of Sonny. Powerful stuff. I also liked the cliffhanger at the end. A lot of people tend to hate the way that game ended since there wasn't an immediate follow-up, but I'm not one of them. That ending surprised me. I really thought at first that it *was* chelsea's breath.

However, if I weren't limited to just Overseer, I would say the most powerful scene in any Tex Murphy game for me was from Pandora. The absolute best, and well acted scene in the whole series is when Jackson Cross gets a hold of Archie, and shoots him in the head. I found myself not wanting to warn Archie off everytime I played just so I could see that scene. That was a highly powerful scene, and Corbin is absolute gold.
I'm not fat ... I'm festively plump.

Oh, go ahead and talk about ones from the other games. I just created a thread for Overseer primarily since I've never played any of the other games
I like the scene with J. Saint Gideon meeting with Tex when they first met in TM: Overseer.
Pretty much every scene with Sonny or Gideon. I've reloaded oh-so-many-times just before the last puzzle to watch the final scenes with Gideon.
