Nah, Lucasarts is too busy milking the Star Wars franchise. Also, for Full Throttle, Tim Schafer no longer works for Lucasarts, of whom most likely still hold the copyright. Damned copyrights belonging to people who'll never use them.

Sam and Max 2 was NOT resurrected by LucasArts. Rather, they let the rights go and Steve Purcell took them and most of the original programming team to Telltale Games.
Look them up. They're recreating the game from the ground up, so what we learned of it last year is probably all wrong now.
Full Throttle 2 is dead, and from what I saw of the engine that's a good thing. Besides, voice actor Roy Conrad passed on. Rumor had it Kevin Conroy, aka Batman, was going to voice Ben in the sequel.
