I've never heard of the game, but from the art it looks like it is one of those Japanese Anime type games...
But I could be wrong since it is unfamiliar to me...

I looked it up online, the actual game appears to be a rpg/tactics game. Probably like final fantasy tactics where you lead your army on a turn based grid.
