What kind of file is it? Word document? If it is, download open office and export to pdf!

You can also download PDF Creator from SourceForge. It will create a "custom" printer for you which you can print to in order to create a PDF from whatever program you want

Thank you both for your help. One ?: Can I send multiple MS Word files to one PDF? That seems to be the issue. I have about 50 separate files (recipes) but I want them in one PDF. Is that doable?

Jim, I don't know about pdf creator but what you need is the append feature as well. I've got deskpdf at home and it does that. At the office I've got Acrobat which can wash, dry, and fold lpdf files anyway you want.

I can convert the files for you of you want just me know. I'm at work right now but can do it for you this evening.
