Another Sports Legend Dies...

Robert Feller, also know as "Rapid Robert" who was a Hall of Fame Pitcher for the Cleveland Indians has died at the age of 92...

That kind of makes sense since we have a huge movie post, but if it's someone really noteworthy they should get their own post.

I agree, though I suppose noteworthyness is a bit subjective.

Only pitcher in baseball history (USA) to pitch a no-hitter on opening day. His fastball was clocked at over 100 MPH on many occasions; pitched 3 no-hitters and 12 0ne-hitters during his career, and was pretty much an all around good guy. He has died but his legend lives on.

So not to make an unrelated comment in the Death Thread {you know sadly that has a nice ring to it, maybe I'm just morbid}... Anyway, do we treat it mostly like the Movie Thread, Death Posts only, with very little commentary posts???
