Just been watching the weather report and thought I had better post it here as it does concern the international community:

The epidemic is said to be worsening and forecasts predict by this time next week there could be a further 40.00% of the exclamation points and upper case letters that seem to be plaguing the Internet. Users are advised to wear blindfolds when posting on discussion forums. Interpol have also produced a most wanted list of those suspected to be instigating the trends. Interpol have their best members working on the team and have identified the culprits who go by the names "Elderly Fart James" and "A Bi Fist". Commentators fear that THE WORST IS YET TO COME!!!"

Can't forget the Kingpin know only as El Jo, rumored to possibly be in Mexico, but the Federallies won't say if they have any firm leads or not...
