Yeah the allegation is he beat her.

And the screaming audio which was a bit unnerving. You know guys and gals, actors are people just like us, affected by everyday events, problems and desires. They try to live their daily lives just like "normal" people and they experience the same difficulties as we. But, since they are public people, the media feels that ALL they do or say MUST be public! And that is where I draw the line. I sure don't want my dirty laundry on the line for all to see and I do not feel the media has the right to run these people into the ground.

Remember the old addage: When you point your finger at someone there are 3 fingers pointing back at you! perhaps the media needs to take that into consideration.

I don't even pay attention to none of it...

They are already paid out the rear end to make movies, even if they are bad... And then they are given these outrageous award shows... Not to mention everything we have to Pay for they are Given for free just because we see them on TV and if they have it we will want it {at least that is how marketing sees it}...

And now we are suppose to throw our arms up wondering why they do things they do and when they get in trouble we are suppose to put our lives on hold to say one hour long prayers for these people who 85% of the time don't give a hoot about any of the people {us the consumer} who put them where they are...

I'll watch their movies, but other than that they can live their lives however they want, it doesn't effect me none... And I get so tired of hearing about it on the News, a place that is suppose to give us the Weather and local happenings and they fill up 40 minutes of the hour talking about Celebrities... So sick of the entertainment industry...

Well, I share some of your feelings, Baf. Again, the media could use their time more productively. Still, the general public goes for that stuff which is a big business in itself. And I, too, don't really care what happens in their miserable lives. Just give us some good movies to watch, like Mad Max 4 and so on.

Oh I can't stand that pompous ass unfunny poor excuse for a comedian... The only movies I've liked that had him in it were the Museum movies, but he doesn't really count as a character in those since his parts are so small {like his sense of humor}...

Yeah I saw some clips on what was suppose to be my Local News... Last time I had check the golden globes hadn't been held here in Baltimore...

The only one I found even close to funny was the one about Downy Jr and that is only because the Truth is usually funny... Other than that he just sounded like a Moron like he always does...

I know he IS English, but for some reason his accent sounds faked to me...
