Anybody try to buy a Tex novel lately?

As much as I loved the Tex games, I never got around to reading the novels and with all the great news around here lately it got me curious.

Anyway, check this out:

How about that?
Narf that's crazy expensive. One of the board members transcribed the UAKM and Pandora novels and we've got it in pdf format if you want to read them. If you want copies, send me a private message with your email address and I'll email them to you.

Hopefully Aaron will be able to release his novels (old and new) in e-book format so you we don't have to pay crazy prices on auction sites for hardcopies.

Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny.
That may not be enough for the die hard collectors.
I'd only be willing to play collector prices if I knew the money was going to AC.

Well, sometimes you get lucky. I've been able to find UAKM novel on Ebay a couple of times for less than $30.00. And I visit used bookstores and got at least 2 copies of UAKM novel that way for less than cover price. (You can believe that my heart was thudding when I found those.)

I would guess the Die hard collectors would have a copy by now.
Jen's right. Sometimes you get lucky on Ebay and sometimes you have to visit the local used book stores. When you do, go to mystery, sci-fi and adventure sections; they could be in any of those. I picked up a copy of PD in pristine condition for $3.00 at a used book store. However, most of those places have the internet and sometimes they'll check to see the going rate. just walk away cause they are looking to get your arm and leg.

Jim's right, check mystery too. The last copy of UAKM and PD I found were both in the mystery section, not Sci-fi.
