Apparently my one email account has been hacked by some stupid idiot wanting to know if everyone in the world wants to by viagra or some such garbage. As a direct result many of you have received these emails and I just want to apologize (though it is not my fault). if it continues to happen, please send me an email and I will have to close that long-standing email account.

This happened to me not too far back... A simple Password change solved the problem...

Yeah, I get them. sadly. I always think it's really you 1st and get excited, and then I find out its hijacked spam. I just delete it. Doesn't happen too often, so I wouldn't close the account, maybe change the password though, lol.

I regularly go through my list and ask if I've spoken to them within the past few months. If the answer is no, I usually unfriend them. I figure if they haven't spoken to me in a while, they've probably forgotten about me. I try to keep my friend list at round 30. After that I probably can't remember you well enough to talk to you. Ha.

reminds me of of answering machine message I heard once,

" I am trying to avoid speaking to someone so leave a message & I will get back to you,
if you don't hear back from me, your the person I am trying to avoid"
