Actually they're pretty much confined to the Sogn & Fjordane area, as well as the Hardanger mountain ranges.

Pirates, vampires, zombies, ninjas, ghouls, aliens, goblins, monsters, robots, sorcerers, undead, werewolves, demons, mutated dinosaur-cyborgs and those pesky phone salesmen! The shotgun is a one-size-fits-all solution!
I also notice, from watching the movie, that camera people are instantly replaceable.
