Amazing Christmas Light Show

Somewhat near where I live (about 12 - 18 miles away) there's this guy who does an amazing computerized Christmas light display, synchronized with music. He needed to shut down this year's display due to traffic and safety issues, but last year's display is on the web.

This is not video trickery. The music plays outside his house and the lights are synchronized. You might have seen this last year on David Letterman.

Enjoy!

Here's a link to a news story about this year's display:

I saw this on another forum just recently funnily enough!
It's really amazing, I love it. And I especially like the choice of music because I really like modern music mixed with classical music (sort of known as Classical Crossover I think, or in the case of this particular rock song, Symphonic Rock).
Very talented person. :D

Ditto... and quite frankly I have not picked up my jaw from the gounrd yet... I think i'll leave it there fir a while.

LOVE the music too!

Although, in trye Rock Classical style an electonic Santa should have slid out at the end clenching a guitar and screamed "Merry F**king Christmas!"

...Amen Santa... amen! 8)

WOW! That was pretty freakin' amazing! (Let's just hope none of this guy's neighbors have epilepsy... :))
The last 30 seconds, Wow! He really kicked up to 11.

I sure don't want to see his electric bill!!!

Thanks for posting it!

Some people are crazy. I saw a documentary called The Kings of Christmas, and it talked all about these people that not only do you pay them to set a christmas set in your front yard, but they design it. You can see a bit of it here.

The documentary was boring, but the people talking were absolutly nuts. After watching that, that video dosen't surprise me. Later.

That was simply insane.

Thanks for the Spinal Tap reference, Jen.
