An idea guys

Guys and Lads,

With promising news from Aaron Conners wouldnt it be a great idea to begin a new SAVE TEX petition. We can start it all over like we did in the old EZ Board. It would be a huge kick in the right direction. If it's possible to do this again i would sure bring as many people as i can to sign it.

Greetz,

I think it's a great idea, but i think the information of the new tex is kind of "secret". For this time, it's maybe better to wait a little i think. With or without us, there is negociations...
Why start a new one? The old one is still accessible at ezboard. Besides, we may not need a new petition. Lets wait and see what Aaron has to say one day soon.

I think the old Save Tex petition is such a memorable thing that all the signs should be put on the upcoming UTM-pages!...

And I hope that there won't be necessary to start a new one/continue on the old... The games will be made anyway!!
I don't think AC or CJ need a petition to know how much Tex means to us, and just as importantly them. Even though they will probably have to set this on in 2050 to keep up with an ageing CJ...

Well, if it's the 'to be continued' story Tex sure was knocked out for some time.
A coma gun perhaps?

I'm sure the aging can be chalked up to malnourishment over the course of a month in deep sleep, as the Radio Theater described the beginning of the next story.
I'd personally be more worried about Chelsee's good looks. After all, make-up can have a drying effect on the skin, so she stands a greater chance of looking different from one game to the next than Tex does.
Ultimately, this whole conversation can be a moot point. It all depends on if the next game will be 3D or FMV, & that's a choice ultimately up to the powers-that-be more than AC & CJ.

I am totally agree with you, Kivanc !
That's a great idea !
But I am waiting a REAL game with Tex Murphy.
These "radio theateres" and "web-line episodes" means nothing to me.

I don't think Chris Jone's age will be a problem. We saw what they can do with makeup with transfering him into the younger Tex for Overseer so I'm sure they can do it again to make him look like the end of Overseer...

Not that much will need to be done... remember the photo we saw, was it last year, of Aaron and Chris at e3? Chris didn't look much different from 1998!

Yeah, I agree with Marsland. Tex still looked great, perhaps because unlike Tex, he doesn't smoke or drink :P

10 points, to be redeemed at some point, for the slick Overseer reference.

Note: The points are useless, unless redeemed in VA for a 10cent refund.
