Which actor/actress would you like to see as a Tex villain?
My answer is going to take into account the budget and scale of the project which is why the suggestions won't be too imaginative. Therefore, while it pains me, i'll refrain from the likes of Al Pacino and Jack Nicholson despite how brilliantly they'd portray a villain. The following suggestions also take into account that if budget does not permit AC & CJ to do an FMV project, that that the following actors would also make very worthy vocal contributions.
Stephen Fry:
not so far-fetched as he has leant his voice to some games including Fable and LittleBigPlanet. As a villain, while I wouldn't cast him as the mastermind, he would make a great middle man where it's revealed that he is only a smaller part in a much bigger picture because his character answers to someone else.
Malcolm McDowell:
Much like Fry, definitely not a stranger to the gaming industry following his voice talents in Fallout, God Of War and Killzone. There's no limits as to what type of villain Malcolm could play. He has the voice, the eyes, the face and the overall demeanor to put the fear of life into Tex and the person playing the game. A worthy candidate for the prime villain.
Mark Hamill:
Ok, if FMV isn't possible, Mark is your man. Way too many voice projects that Mark has been involved in to list here but if you need evidence, go to YouTube and type "Mark Hamill, The Joker" and you'll see what I mean. A wide vocal range and style, definitely an underrated actor whose profile, in my opinion, was eclipsed by the Star Wars Phenomenon.
Robin Williams:
Robin is such a video game fanatic that he even named his daughter Zelda. So there you go, not an unrealistic request. But seriously, while known mostly for his comedy, he can give an eerie, creepy performance like that in One Hour Photo. But, much like Fry, I wouldn't cast him as the lead villain given that people would be more interested in Robin than the actual character. But as a subordinate villain, the sky is the limit.
Zooey Deschanel:
I'm thinking she could do something really wacky but creepy. She has the innocent big eyes, cute appearance and is a stunning actress. Definitely more of a subordinate villain but maybe something along the lines of a computer hacker or stalker.
Martin Sheen:
Mr. Mass Effect. I always used to think that Marty would have either made a very worthy Jackson Cross or Gordon Fitzpatrick. It's definitely not too late as Martin is looking great and continuing to do some of his finest work. Lead villain all the way, please.

Bruce Willis plays a pretty good Bad Ass Villain...
I enjoy seeing the traditional Good Guy as the Bad Guy from time to time...
Joe Pesci if he were a bit younger, he'd be a great comedic villain...
Jonathon Frakes would be a good counter to Chris Jones...
I wouldn't mind seeing Tim Allen as a Bad Guy against Tex...
Selma Hayek would make a good vixen...
As would Milla Jovovich...

Nigel Thornberry as the villain... HELL YES. "I'll move my hands like this! Mmrmrrhghghghghghghrhbhghghg"On that note I'd like to see another person who has already been a villain: Tim Curry. The guy just has a great voice.

I once heard a story that Christopher Walken will take any job, if he has the time for it. Case in point: Weapon of Choice. Just sayin'.
But for my money? Gary. Oldman. That is all.

Pirates, vampires, zombies, ninjas, ghouls, aliens, goblins, monsters, robots, sorcerers, undead, werewolves, demons, mutated dinosaur-cyborgs and those pesky phone salesmen! The shotgun is a one-size-fits-all solution!
I was going to suggest Chris Walken as well, although not as a main villain. Something similar to his best movie as a main character, Suicide Kings.
More like an anti-Tex, in fact. Just some guy caught off-guard into something bigger than him, but on the baddie side. A cunning fellow in the midst of events going way over his head, out for his own profit, walking down the broken dreams path, while Tex investigates. We rarely get that kind of villain anywhere, because most of the time they turn anti-hero and save the day.
Come to think of it, Grim Fandango had Nick Virago as a similar character, and his encounters with Manny were viciously fun, if ever too short.

Part-Time Nomad
Continuing down the Gabriel Knight path, how about Richard Raynesford? (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0713493/)
He was quite sinister as Von Zell in The Beast Within and still looks the part...
