Need Game Recording Equipment for Windows 98

I'm working on something for Tex, but the cdrom drive on my Win XP computer is broke. Do you guys know where I can get recording software such as Fraps that will record on Windows 98?

FRAPS.com, but I'm not sure if it's compatible with 98. Some CD-Rom quality vids would kick major butt! I already saw the Overseer "Film" version on youtube and the quality is excellent. Other then FRAPS, I'm not sure. It's all I've used over the years. I'll research for ya'!.
