I think it'd be OK for stealth scenes. There were moments where he would change clothes in the games such as near the end of Pandora when he had to trek through the wilds. I think he also had darker outfits in Overseer too (been holding off on replaying the games so my memory is hazy). I would like to see the old classic outfit he wore in previous games though, its iconic of him, plus it fits with the moment in past games where you'd look at tex's wardrobe and it was basically all of the same trenchoat/hat/etc. It kind of stands out better too on the dark desolate post-apopcalyptic backgrounds. Looking at the darker outfits in previous games they kinda got lost at times in the environments which would be a shame if it was like that for most of the game.

Pretty sure the coat in the kickstarter video, was indeed his trenchcoat he was wearing for the Overseer case. Probably didn't dig out the other one, for a 10 second clip of footage.
