Tex would lament this

Okay, I've been in awe of everyone's creativity on this board. So, I was bored today and decided to do a different version of Tex's Lament. (Or, as my wife would say, I decided to ruin a perfectly good song.)
This is just something I was fooling around with and did in an afternoon, so please don't take it too seriously; it's just my attempt at transforming Tex's Lament.
Some disclaimers:
1. I know the file should be Tex's Lament not Texs Lament, but the uploader freaked out when I used an apostrophe.
2. My calling was to be a guitarist in an 80s band. Unfortunately, I was born a few years too late, so, having no other marketable skills, I had to become an attorney. I tried not to put a solo in the song, but I couldn't help myself. It's the 80s coming out in me and for that I apologize.
3. I have absolutely no business singing. Period. Unfortunately, no one else was around to sing. Sorry. No, really, I'm sorry.
4. Do not worry. I haven't quit my day job.
Anyway, this was just something I wanted to have fun with.
