G'day Sai - I know there are a couple actors/characters we could not secure and that's because the KS deadline and their schedules conflicted with our timeframe, as willing as they were to be a part of the campaign. Suzanne Barnes really wanted to shoot something but couldn't because of circumstances and wants fans to know she is super supportive of everyone's efforts to bring Tex back. It has been challenging to pull these vignettes together -- for example Richard Norton shot his on location in Sth. Africa where he is deep in preproduction on Mad Max IV Fury Road and we had limited Internet access. It is wonderful that the actors were so amenable to helping us out at such short notice - the response by fans has been just terrific.

And Cub has been incredible with his NSFV news broadcasts and updates - elevated the entire campaign to a higher level.

Onto the final leg with more goodies to come...

Can't wait! I'm sure an earlier update talked of new tiers which we haven't seen yet. I don't mind whether we have new tiers or not (I'd rather the money went to the new game), but if it gets more backers or higher bids then all the better.

No worries Adrian. The actors you have managed to get onboard are all amazing and I'm impressed too they were willing and able to give time to send a supportive video.

No worries about Suzanne. I actually wasn't expecting a video from her as I thought Aaron had held her hostage so she doesn't tell too much about her role (if any ) in the next story judging by all the secrecy in his interview anwers dodging questions about her return haha.

I was more thinking of some of the actors Chris and Aaron confirmed before e.g. Michael York and Nilo. But I figure they may just be tied closely to this kidnapping story which is why I joked about the suspicious nature But I'm not looking for spoilers, just having fun Of course if its because things changed in plans too for Michael and thats understandable.

There's a new Mad Max film being made? Cool.

Cub really has gone above and beyond. And it's fantastic to see so many old faces show up again to show their support from all around the world.

It's a testament to the positivity Tex Murphy and the stories about him bring to the world. Much the same reason why this message board has been home to some of the friendliest, most civil people to log onto the world wide web since it's inception.

I think it's important we bring Tex back. Not just because of the story needs to continue or be concluded - but because it will have a positive impact on people's lives.

And speaking as a storyteller myself - there's no greater cause than that.

So bloody well done, Cub! I'm proud to call you a friend!

The only reason I haven't posted my praises yet is because... what else is there to say? It's bloody AMAZING!
