Yeah, It pretty much sums up my feelings on the gaming industry today. I'm sure all the old-timers here have seen it. But for a newcomer ie (like me), who may not dig far back in the archives here, I felt it deserved a bump..It's very funny. I've seen a lot of changes in gaming industry since the '90's, and the past 4 or 5 years have been extremely dreadful.

Did you even bother to do a search to see if this thread was even a duplicate??? Even if there is another, if you'd learned to
read you'll notice I said, "You'll find
very few repetitive threads here"... I didn't say you'll
Never find any... Besides like James said, people are free to post anything they wish... Also there are moderators to judge and clean up the threads if they feel the need...

Hey Frank!
Great stuff...I was rolling..It flowed so well..I'm kinda old/new here..I joined in like
2000 or so..while I was trying to get the 3 games working under XP. But gave up hope of anything anything ever happening with Tex again after maybe 3 or 4 years.
Your vid captured my feelings about the gaming industry perfectly..! once again Frank I gotta say, exellent work!

Yep, nitpicking and picking it apart to suit your needs, why don't you take the whole statement, there's a certain piece you conveniently left out, you'll clearly see that I was referring to other forums, but I'm sure you knew that already, unless you 2nd grade reading level and 2nd grade nitpicking/bully attitude is a reality and not just for show...
Not too mention that was also posted before the Excitement of Kickstarter...
I think that the time of Excitement of Tex's return and triumph on Kickstarter paves a certain exception for this here Community that has been so dedicated to Tex over the years, even in his darkest of hours... But if you can't see that then you must not truly be a Tex Murphy fan... Seeing how you are trying to pick a fight over this would lead some to believe the latter, that you're just here to pick somebody to start trouble with...
You've only been a member here for 4 months, so you must think this is like most forums, it's not, it's a community and a family, a dysfunctional one sometimes, but a family nonetheless... And look already over 500 posts... Looks to me like somebody likes to hear themselves talk, err, see themselves type...
I do admit, I was a bit like that myself when I first came here, but I learned what this place was all about... Maybe with some luck you'll do the same...
Just sounds to me like you want to pick a fight with someone {I don't know what made you latch onto me, but as I told you already, I'm not available for you}... You should try to get out of the house more...
I think you would benefit greatly from some private chats with JTOG and maybe a couple of selected others...
You know you remind me of a certain person from Texas we had in here a couple years back... Bjyman should know who I'm referring to... Probably just a coincidence...
