A lot of these would depend on what kind of interaction Tex would have with them. I can't imagine all that much to explore in Weenie World or a laundromat, but I like the idea of them being there

I hope I voted for the Morlock one then! I got a mysticism store and a Casino as well. I'm thinking the kind of shady casinos they have on every street corner in Prague.
My depraved self wanted a gentleman's club, but I managed to repress the thought.
Edit: Yeah the soup kitchen probably works best, but then it sounds a tad depressing. Although I'm sure Tex could cook us up some good jokes in there, if anything.

Given that we're getting a new breed of mutants (The Morlocks?) it would seem fitting to have a soup kitchen since there's bound to be more homeless people on the street. A soup kitchen should service that element of the plot nicely when meeting with suspects and stuff. The Casino is a must given how seedy Chandler Avenue can be while the Post Office...well, Chandler Avenue is a closely knit community and any small community i've lived in has a postal service in it.
The post office could be embedded in another store, such as a convenience store. A postal desk seems plenty enough to me, especially in those days and ages. Soup Kitchen and Casino do work quite well.
I don't see the need for an antique shop, and the Cosmic Connection shouldn't be on Chandler Av. I still like the Mysticism store. If anything, it reminds me of Ray's store in Ghostbusters 2!

I voted for the Bookstore, because I'd like to see Chelsee get a leg up from that plywood newsstand, and I went for the Liquor Store {since Convenient Store wasn't there}, and I picked Weenie World...
I don't think a Casino would be fitting to Chandler, but I would like to see a Casino as a Location maybe... Maybe a place you can go and play some Poker or Slots or maybe Blackjack to raise some money... Make sure you save before going to the Casino though, because you just might end up losing all your money and would have to start over...
Could be a kewl way to make money to purchase needed items for your case{s}... Nice little mini-games as well, kind of a 2 for 1 deal...

Must have overlooked it, I only saw the Liquor Store, but yes those 2 should be merged... In most places they are, but certain cities here in the US don't allow convenient stores to sell alcohol...Frank wrote:There is a convenience store, Baf.
Some of those ought to be merged together to get the max out of the ideas.
Anyway, no matter what they put up I'm sure it will be awesome...
