I just felt like making a thread and this is what came to mind. Anyway what is your favorite cinematic scene from any of the Tex Murphy games? For me I guess it would be a toss up between the Tex's gun scene in Under a Killing Moon because it's just so hilarious or the fight with the Black Arrow Killer in Pandora, that was just purely enthralling.
I'd take either one of them if my wife let me. 
My favorite from UAKM is the session with Eddie Ching. I always choose the conversations with "rude" and "gruff" responses. My favorite line is:
"You mean to tell me the world is gonna end on Thursday? Dammit! I don't get my unemployment check until Friday!"

My favourite scene comes about due to a sound bug.
In Pandora, sometimes when you enter a cutscene the music stops normally, then it's like a note is played at the end - like someone fell on the piano or something. Anyway, the first time you talk to Nilo, after he calls you a 'sneaking piece of slop', if you quickly select 'Hint At Violence' as the response, Tex will say "You know, I think I might just take that cigar and shove it down your throat. What do you think about that?" Then the sound bug kicks in and it sounds like the music stops playing in surprise.
Try it.

I always loved the scene in PD where Tex (finally) finds / catches up with Dr. Malloy, and he tells his story. The dark notes it's all delivered on, the sense of doom and gloom, and not to mention the way our hero gets out of the situation (and the building)... Love it. Absolutely love it.

Pirates, vampires, zombies, ninjas, ghouls, aliens, goblins, monsters, robots, sorcerers, undead, werewolves, demons, mutated dinosaur-cyborgs and those pesky phone salesmen! The shotgun is a one-size-fits-all solution!
UAKM:
- The ending sequence wowed me... especially seeing as I had never seen something that cool on a PC game before.
- I also love when Tex first attempts to break into Eddie Ching's apartment... man I had to laugh, and often!
Pandora:
- I always liked the Black Arrow Killer showdown.
- Tex's journey through the Peruvian Jungle.
- Tex's conversation with Malloy.
- The revelation of the Pandora Device.
- The entire ending sequence topped off with the Holodate ending (still my favourite).
- And of course, Tex's first confrontation with Gus Leach:
Tex: "We'll you dropped you key, so I thought I would run it over and check if it was the right one"
Leach: "We'll you're just a regular boy scout aren't ya!"
Tex: "Yeah! And now my mum gets to sew on my 'breaking and entering' patch!"
Overseer:
- I always liked Gideon's Monologue in Overseer.
- The whole clock tower sequence.
- Both Sonny's and Gideon's death (still extremely emotional).
- Tex's encounter with Delores Lightbody.
- Tex's Encounter with Larry Hammond.

Did anybody figure out what the steps where to get Gus' answering machine message again??
I remember once when playing Mission Street that at some stage Tex got a vidphone message from Gus at the flamingo thanking him for all his help and saying they were going on a holiday to get away from things for a while.
But, no matter how hard I try I can never get it to happen again.
