Keyboard.

Have a very nice soft logitech keyboard, doesn't leave weird lines on my face after waking up.
Plus it's easy to clean, after a drool accident.

On three, than move, than again than again. As my mom says, my bed, after I wake up, looks like a rat's nest.

Yes, very curious question. I have to lay on my side to actually fall asleep. (tucked in spooning postion preferable) :P
But my most vivid dreaming occurs when I'm sleeping on my back. Very weird. But nice!!

I never understand why, but I always go to sleep face down and I always wake up on my back.

I'm sure the gremlins do it.
Back. I used to sleep on my side, but I've injured my shoulders at various times over my years of playing rugby so it's uncomfortable to lie on my side for an extended period of time.
On my front. With both pillows wedged tightly over my ears.

Side. Usually in spoons, and facing a wall without a door. Don't know why.
Left side 90% of time; right side 10%. Never on back or stomach.

Personally, I don't mind Ryan asking that question.
