All of the physical incentives will be shipped at one time together. When? I'm not really sure, but remember, they're also dealing with a new game release at the moment.

I wouldn't expect anything before mid-June, maybe later. Now that the game is (presumably) done, they still have to have 1000+ physical copies of the game produced. This will take time.

It is OK, I was no sure when I donate for physical if I get digital too.

I think, than boxed Tesla can be good collector stuff, since there will be approx. 3000pcs distributed for backers (+ some spares).
