Unofficial Tex Murphy

Has anyone found all of the Mike and Ike comic books? Just finished the game and I still have two issues missing, so I guess I'll have to look better on my second playthrough (if I'll ever get to it).

Do you get anything when you find them all? Like maybe access to the locked room in Tex's bedroom...?

Where can you see how many are left?

They're placed on the rack in Tex's bedroom.

You get a savegame when you complete the game called Day 13, on loading it you are transported to the 'locked room' in Tex's apartment.

That room allows you to watch some of the cutscenes of Tesla (not sure if these change according to the path chosen, there is a cutscene there that did not appear in my path so I think it's always the same), some photos of the developers + comments from Smart Alex, a jukebox with some nice music from all Tex games, as well as some other nice bonuses.

I used a guide to find the 2 missing comics (both were in the swamp house, a location I played quickly cause I knew it so well... silly me).

I found the comics in swamp house, so now I wonder where are the ones I missed.

Updated: Conference room 1 not 3. It's the one closest to the mines.

True but as you know, not everybody likes Steam.

I think its kind of a shame that you have to get them all as you play and cant go back to the ones you missed.

Some kind of free roam after the game has finished to collect them all would have been cool.

Hmmmm. I didn't get a Day 13 save... something I missed somewhere?

I understand. First time I got 18/20. Had to go back through my saved games to find one and asked Aaron R for the location of other one.

Some more info for you guys. You don't need to get all the comics to get Day 13. If you get the Chelsee ending and you get Hard Boiled PI as your PI rating you also get it. Which is good for me as I missed two comics the first time round.
