In the first i will say sorry for my so bad english. I have the german version of Pandora, with DosBox it works fine on Win8.1, only the videos are in a very low quality. Is there a way to see the videos in a better quality?

Depends on your definition of low and high quality. Since the game is from 1996, there is not going to be an HD quality like Tesla effect. I run it also on a win8.1 and Dosbox (GOG version) and it is as good as it gets.
