It's an adapted version of the endless Chuck Norris, Mr. T, Jack Bauer series of nonsense superlative descriptors.
Is it just me, or does Tex seem the least likely hero to have any of these apply to him?

Maybe we can start our own thread of these jokes, listing the "Chuck Norris" version and then the "Tex Murphy" version, as in. . .
Tex Murphy tried counting to infinity, but stopped at 8 to have a Lucky Strike. . .twice.
Tex Murphy can't divide by 1. (Maybe that's a bit harsh)
Tex Murphy always knows the EXACT location of his bottle of Bourbon.
