Overseer Help
I have been playing Tex Murphy series for a long time now and I just got a new computer and can't get Overseer to run well. I have DVDexpress and v1.o4 patch installed.
but when I try to click on objects the screen gets a bunch of dots. The same happens when I open up any of the side menus. Also, some of the videos decide to take up only half of the screen.
Specs:
Mobile AMD Athlon 64 4000+
1024 Mb Ram
ATI Mobility Radeon x600 (256Mb)
Conexant AC-link audio
Windows XP (SP2)
If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. I have usually been able to just read other posts and figure it out on my own, but I cant figure this one out.

Do you have the 20.3 MB version of DVDexpress? - that's a must! You can download it from here: http://www.lpcdaust.com/downloads.html
Either post your email address here, or send me an email to: [email protected] and I'll send you my updated Overseer files.

I now have that version of DVD express and the patch, but it is still not working. I have tried both the CD and DVD versions.
My email is [email protected].
Thanks for responding so quickly, you're not the REAL Nilo for sure.

You could try the following settings in your overseer\Tex file:Hockey Guy18 wrote:I did everything that Nilo could do to help me, but my same problem still exists. Is there anybody else with any suggestions?
Bilinear=0
Trilinear=0
MipMap=0
Also, have you tried using a different driver for your ATI Mobility Radeon x600? I would think that is most likely the problem!
