Rockdale is south of Sydney... about 20 mins drive.. near Hurstville, which deos not surprise me... the South (and particularly South West) suburbs of Sydney are renowned for their high 'doof' concentration... they are also areas with a higher concentration of Lebanese folk than other parts, and they love their cars and 'doof'. Which I can put up with becuase it's their dig, but when they only go out to the city to wolf-whistle at women and shout out offensive comments from their cars it really grinds my gears.
They usually hang around car parks, where they get to show off their rides and pump out some bass. And even though the cars may look good, they music stinks and its pitiful to watch.
I think the Manilow plan would work... if not, I am sure we can arrange fire hoses.

Fire hoses!! Let it be known henceforth I voted for the fire hoses! With fire hoses you wash away the problem.
With Manilow it's more like... shooting yourself in the foot.
