Update for Zork:Dawn of the Demon game
I just updated the Zork fan-game Dawn of the Demon to release number 050618. The game's website is

I corrected some minor bugs, spelling and grammer errors and added a scoring summary to the hints menu. Note: Don't look at the scoring summary until after you complete the game, because it will give away many of the puzzles.
Also, in case any of you checked out my website earlier, I have also fixed some problems in the html code so that my website now works properly with Internet Explorer. Specifically, the pictures of my cars should now appear and the sketch on the homepage should be clickable.

I just found time to play this, and I must say that it was a lot of fun. I felt like I was back in the days of the original Zork trilogy. How is Z: THE coming? I went to the Zork Library page, but was unable to find a link to it. Anyway, excellent work on DOTD.
P.S. I looked around on your site: great Morgan--I hope the rebuild goes well.

Progress was going along famously for a while. There was a main story guy, a couple of graphics modelers, game engine and programmer, puzzle group...How is Z: THE coming? I went to the Zork Library page, but was unable to find a link to it.
Then real life steps in and a couple of key guys just couldn't seem to be able to make the time. Everything came to a halt and after several frustrating months of no progress, the game was declared not dead, but indefinitely suspended. There is still a hope to finish it. I hope it comes to pass.
I *really* appreciate your kind words about DotD. Thanks.
Re: The Morgan. Before I smashed it up, I put over 100,000 miles on that Morgan. But I twisted the frame and mangled the body (plus some fire damage.) Now I've got to clean out my garage so that I'll have room to work on it. I already have a new frame and aluminum body for it. It's mainly the mess in the garage ithat is holding me up.
