Take-Two owns Tex Murphy or AC still owns it since IndieBuilt Inc. close down. I wondered why they close down? I hope it wasn't Amed 3 for Xbox that cause bad sell to consumers then they were force to shut down by Take Two order, perhaps? Anyone email Take-Two if they own the rights to Tex Murphy or not?

if am not mistaken AC was at Game Delevoper Conv. after Indie Built Inc. close down I think. I hope AC is doing well. I know Austin, Texas has a lot of big game industry in area for hiring but I figure AC will never leave his precious state of Salt Lake City, Utah where his best friend Chris Jones and others that been with him over the years. I hope AC start up his own game industry company with Chris Jones and a person he knows very well who is can afford the projects and willing to stick with it. If I was multi-millionarie i would build up Game Industry and invite AC, CJ, etc and the first project they would do is make Tex Murphy and finish it.
