Ok, I need some suggestions here....

I'm getting pretty sick of playing FPS's and Guild Wars. I need a good story driven adventure game fix. Any suggestions?

A buddy of mine suggested "Beyond Good & Evil", "Indigo Prophecy", and "Broken Sword" so I'll give those a try if my eBay bids go through, but I could use some help none the less!

All of those are good hits. I would also recommend Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. Very in depth story. And a long game to boot. I love it.

I enjoyed Syberia and Syberia II very much. Great graphics and a great story line.

Alas, I hated Syberia far too much to want to get to the story.

Yeah, I agree. Syberia just didn't do it for me either. The TLJ series is worth a look.
